Entrepreneur & Talent Master Pastry Chef
After completing her law school and translation, Marjan embarked on a long journey following her passion for baking & sweets
Considering her grandmother's prestigious role as a royal confectioner in the court of the former Shah of Iran, she also follows this innate passion.
She repeatedly tested all of her grandmother's recipes and cooked for various occasions. However, she made the academic choice to study pastry-making in the Middle East and Europe. She trained and learned from renowned world pastry chefs and completed her patisserie academic training in Le Cordon Blue Paris.
Now, in the city of Dubai, she has opened her modern pastry shop with an entrepreneurial approach, aiming to empower young women and offer the most delicious Iranian sweets alongside French desserts with a touch of creation, Iranian natural flavors, and using world fresh and high-quality ingredients for her customers.
